Aran'gar
Aran’gar, like Osan’gar, is truly one of the vanquished male Forsaken risen from the grave. The Lord of the Grave decided to give both these men a second chance in his service. Like Osan’gar, Aran’gar received the body of a Borderlander. Unlike Osan’gar, though, Aran’gar did not receive the body of an average man. Instead, he received the body of a beautiful woman. Aran’gar still channels saidin, though, proving it is the soul of the channeler which determines which half of the True Source a person taps. Aran’gar, too, was created as a tool of the Dark One. Success should mean a great deal to Aran’gar, as the Great Lord has a history of going hard on those who have failed him more than once. Since her creation... Aran’gar currently resides with the rebel Aes Sedai of Salidar, posing under the name Halima. It was Aran’gar who rescued Moghedien from the a’dam which imprisoned her. She has also grown close to Egwene al’Vere, the Amyrlin Seat of the rebel Aes Sedai.
